Lisa Geduldig is a San Francisco Bay Area-based bilingual (Spanish-English) publicist with 25 years experience in the field.

She has acted as the publicist for numerous arts and health-related clients promoting comedy, theater, music, dance, art openings, Latin American, Jewish, women’s, LGBT events, HIV/AIDS issues, legal issues, Lyme disease, flu clinics, political, senior events, non-profits, community organizations and events, press conferences...throughout Northern California. Most of the PR she does revolves around EVENTS.

Lisa has an excellent track record, press data base, and relationship with the English and Spanish-speaking* press. She  has the advantage of being a performer (comedian), producer (large-scale comedy events), a former journalist (KPFA News and Noticiero Latino reporter), AND a publicist so she understands and has experience with all angles of event production, publicity, and promotion.

Her freelance publicity clients have included: Theatre Rhino, Theatre of Yugen, Brava Theater (Lila Downs, Astrid Hadad, and other shows), Los Panchos Northern California tour, Bay Area Latino AIDS Awareness Day, Chicana Latina Foundation, Community Boards, Orquesta Victoria (tango orchestra from Buenos Aires), Youth Musical Theater Company, 3 Girls Theatre Company, London-based cabaret singer Harold Sanditen, Castro Romero Flamenco (from Madrid), The Gubbio Project, International Southeast Asian Film Festival, Caminos Flamencos, Desi Comedy Festival, Felipe Horta (maskmaker from Tocuaro, Michoacan, Mexico), The San Francisco Department of Public Health's HIV/AIDS education campaign targeting day laborers,  San Mateo County Health System’s free H1N1 flu clinics, The Art of Aging Conference, Mission Cultural Center, The National Queer Arts Festival, Fabulosa Fest, Gina Yashere’s comedy DVD taping, Emma’s Revolution’s CD Release Concert, Dykes on Bikes Supreme Court trademark decision, Ashkenaz Music & Dance Community Center’s 44th Anniversary Gala...

In 1993, Lisa began doing publicity for her own large-scale comedy productions (Kung Pao Kosher Comedy: Jewish Comedy on Christmas in a Chinese Restaurant; Funny Girlz:

A Smorgasbord of Women Comedians;  The Color of Funny:

A Multicultural Comedy Show; A Muslim, A Mormon, & A Jew Walk into A Bar: The Comedy of Religion), along with Charo & Her Las Vegas Show.  She soon branched out into freelance PR.
